A fan of stand-up comedy from an early age, Brian Regan took up performing arts at college in Ohio. During the 1980s he left his home town of Miami to around Florida and later in New York. In 1988 Brian Regan won a $10,000 Funniest Person in New York radio contest, which established him as a professional comedian and led to his hosting Comedy Central’s Short Attention Span Theater.

Brian Regan has since appeared on dozens of TV shows including The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Conan O’Brien and toured with other greats like Jerry Seinfeld.
